I dont know but Karly said she felt she had to look after her, she was very drunk and nobody else seemed to be bothering about her.
I recall during BB7 Mikey looking after Glyn while he was drunk - on his journey! 
Karly was in the DR, came out and got hold of Kris. She told Kris BB had asked her to look after Sophie and get her to drink water. She asked Kris to help her but he didn't bother until much later, then he DID make her go to bed and lie down. 
He looked like he couldn't be bothered with her to be honest. Karly said she felt like Sophie was her wee sister and needed looking after.

Oh and Jonny Regan looked after Kate by pouring more alcohol down her throat when she was paralytic 
From what I've seen of last nights footage she's far more interesting and funny when she's tipsy.
