Boxer Dereck Chisora has been fined and suspended indefinitely by the WBC after his bust-up with David Haye.

The WBC described Chisora's actions as "one of the worst behaviours ever by a professional boxer".
Chisora, beaten by WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko in Munich earlier this month, was involved in an ugly post-match brawl with fellow British fighter Haye.

Is it correct that David Haye does not have a boxing license so it is difficult to punish him ?I dont follow boxing but I did see the video and it was ugly to say the least.
