The World Group first round tie between the States and Great Britain starts tonight.
The GB team has Andy Murray (ranked 6) and James Ward (175) for the singles matches. The doubles match will have Colin Fleming (33) and either Andy Murray (97) or Dominic Inglot (27).
The big news re the US team is that their top singles player John Isner (13) is out injured. He is replaced by Donald Young (79). Their other singles player is Sam Querry (49). Bob and Mike Bryan (both ranked 1) play the doubles match.
As this is being played in the States, the US will be favourites. The first team to win 3 of the matches wins the round. Andy Murray, although not fully match fit, would be expected to win his 2 singles matches. James Ward is less likely to win either of his matches but there's always a chance. Bob and Mike Bryan are the greatest doubles players of modern times (and possibly ever) and it would be quite an achievement if GB were to win that match.
