David's nominations disclaimer

When David entered the DR he immediately said "Can I just say that these are genuine nominations, nobody has influenced me or made my mind up on any other nominations."

As they have been given the OK by BB to discuss nominations why did he feel the need to say the above?

Or has he actually been influenced by others in previous days prior to the BB rule change to vote the way he did?

I think he was making the point that he didnt agree with BB changing the rules and just coz noms could be discussed, it didnt change who he voted for. he was always gonna vote like that anyway.

Do you really believe that? I don't. He follows Lisa around like a lap dog, (bit like Halfwit and Bea or Marcus and Noirin)

After BB announced the housemates were free to discuss nominations Lisa stood up from the dining table and ordered David outside to discuss nominations. He duly followed.
