There already are 3 of them, one of which is s sticky. I think more of them will be even more confusing.
By the way, username already in use means someone clicked clicked I do not instead of I do have a livecloud account. Everyone that has been registered on gaga has been added to livecloud so there is no need to register again.

Thanks Skive, but thats what I got and thats what I did three times. I'm giving up on it now. Many thanks for your help though.
BB it's not just you honest, I was confuddled for ages.
Once you do the log in it just takes you to a page which gives you an ID number.
In order to get onto the livecloud place I had to google livecloud.com and there was a log in thing on the right hand side.
When I clicked on that it asked some questions like what my screen name would be. Is that the bit that tells you it's already taken?

It did that to me too. Apparently it's just a feature for verifying your account.

There's a lot of confusion on this and I notice the sticky is gone off the top of the page.
Can anyone do a Screenshot/copy of the different pages we get up.
When I click on Livecloud in the top right hand corner I get a box that asks me to update my profile.
Thanks to Ducky I learned to ignore that and click on the livecloud.com in brown type at the bottom of the page.
That gets me into the 'Cloudy Place'.

I agree, I really like the mods on here but it's helpful to remember that sometimes we all of us take stuff for granted in the areas we understand and have knowledge of.
For those of us who only have the basics of those areas of knowledge what seems obvious to those in the know can actually be like a foreign language to those of us 'out of the know'.

Fekkin Rock and Hard place spring to mind. Trying to get help for folk and getting quotes from admins?? FM's need help to get there.

The whole process is about as intuitive as my big toe, typical techie set up.

Dave said that log-ins from here have been migrated over to LiveCloud. So.. if you are logged in here.. now.. then you can log into LiveCloud.. because they are the same. All I did was go to LiveCloud.com and made sure I used the same email addy as registered here, same password, checked the yes box for existing user, chose an i.d with no 'illegal characters' (this doesn't have to be the same as your display name), chose a display name, filled in the 'Your Identity' info etc...
and bobs your uncle..
