Afternoon Darnies 🥰🥰🥰I’ve been waiting in all day for the fence guy , but no bliddy show so far !😡 So the furthest I’ve been is a quick trip to the shop at the top of the road …..and I’m really missing my daily walk .😞Consequently , I’ve not really done much , just a couple of loads of washing , cleaned kitchen and hoovered ….so another boring day chez Baz ! I hope everyone is having a more productive and exciting day than me .🤣🤣
Afternoon Darnies 🥰🥰🥰What a bliddy day ! This morning I walked 2km to a shop cos I needed to get some gift cards ….only to realise once I got to the till that I had stupidly left my darn bank card in another bag ! So I had to walk home again , get it , and then go back to the shop for my purchases ! I’ve sure got my bliddy steps in today ! 😡😡🤣🤣🤣🤣Apart from that I’ve done a load of washing , written out some more Xmas cards , and sorted another couple of presents out .😁😁I hope everyone else is having a more relaxing day than I am ! 🙄🙄🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰🥰
Afternoon Darnies I’m feeling very down today .
I did manage a walk though , and posted some more cards ….even though it’s very cold and overcast …but at least I got some fresh air . Apart from that I’ve not felt very motivated , so all I’ve done is changed the sheet, done a couple of loads of washing , cleaned bathroom and fed wildlife . I had intended starting to wrap some Xmas presents , but can’t get started !
I hope everyone else are having a better day than me .

Yes 
I often wonder where it comes from too Slim .But I change my sheets twice a week, pillowcases every other day , and duvet cover once a week I also wash the towels every day , so that makes up the bulk of the loads .

If you use a flat sheet under the duvet then the cover doesn't need changing as often and is much easier to manage

Good tip Slim ….but I love the feel of my teddy fleece duvet cover in the winter .My son usually comes up ( from down South) between Xmas and New Year . They do usually ask me to go down there , but it would mean staying for 2 or 3 days …and I wouldn’t want to be away from home for that long ….plus it would mean kicking them out of their bedroom .In addition to that it would mean spending Xmas with my ex ….who lives just up the road from my son….which would be stressful to say the least .
Afternoon Darnies Overcast and miserable here today ….a bit like my mood!Still I’ve sorted the last of my Xmas gifts , and written the last couple of cards ….now all I’ve got to do is wrap everything !Aside from that , I went for a walk , fed wildlife , and done today’s washing …and that’s the sum total of my exciting Thursday .I hope everyone else is having a good day , whatever you are up to .
Afternoon Darnies What a day ! My fence guys are due to come this weekend , and they want to be paid by cheque or cash. Seeing as I’ve not written a cheque in years, and I couldn't really afford a taxi to town and back, I decided to walk to the nearest cash point ….which is at a local supermarket . I don’t really like using cashpoints, but needs must ! While I was there I somehow managed to cut my finger , so I went into the store to ask for a tissue…luckily they know me ! . In addition I bought some postage stamps , and a couple of other items ….then I beat a quick retreat for home to get a plaster for my finger .
When I got home , and had * rendered first aid* I checked my bank balance , and noticed two debits for the same amount ….and because my head was all over the place , I presumed they were linked to the purchases I had just made , but they weren’t the right amount ! I panicked , and rang the shop immediately , explained the situation and asked if they could check it . A lovely young lad went away to find the receipt for my purchases …..but while he was away it suddenly dawned on me that the debits were actually not for that shop , and were actually for two gift cards I had bought elsewhere yesterday ! Talk about feeling a fool !I will have to go in and apologise to them tomorrow ….think I’ll play the old lady card !
Aside from that my day has been uneventful!I have done the usual obligatory two loads of washing , dusted and fed the wildlife . I hope everyone else is having a less stressful day than I am !

Afternoon Darnies Another overcast, chilly day here ….but I had quite a decent night , so I went for a short walk first thing .Aside from that it’s another riveting day chez Baz ….washing , hoovering , feeding wildlife , and general tidying up ….oh joy . I’ve wrapped up another couple of presents , cleaned the bathroom and kitchen , done a load of laundry, and fed wildlife ….,only one Cyril today …so far. I hope everyone else is having a good Monday , whatever you are all up to .
Afternoon Darnies Overcast and drizzly all morning , but the sun is out right now …however rain forecast for next 24 hours ! I did go for a walk this morning , mostly because I needed to get a card and gift voucher for one of my grandkids birthdays ….very inconsiderate of my kids to have children before and after Xmas ! Aside from that I’ve rescued the bin , fed wildlife , paid my tv licence , wrapped the last Xmas presents , changed sheets , and done two loads of washing …..so not a totally wasted day .I hope everyone else is having a nice Tuesday .

Afternoon Darnies Overcast here ….and heavy rain forecast soon ! No walk today ….I didn’t feel up to it ….although I might pop up the local shop in a minute . More high winds forecast for the weekend …..luckily my fence guy just phoned to say they are coming first thing tomorrow .
Apart from that I’ve not done a lot today …just some washing , cleaned kitchen , and fed wildlife . …so a very lazy day chez Baz .I hope everyone else is enjoying their Wednesday .
