I read that too, Baz - it's now restricted to those who get means tested benefits such as pension credits, the state pension isn't means tested.
Afternoon Darnies 
Another hot day, but not as warm as yesterday …thank goodness …but tomorrow is going to be the hottest day of the week .
Because of that I’ve been trying to catch up on jobs today . I went for a long walk, done some hedge trimming , a load of washing , and fed wildlife . The bin men came before 9 o’clock , so the bins are safely rescued . 
And that’s me done for the day ! I hope everyone else is managing to stay cool .
