Had a bit of a traumatic time with Jadey at physio 
she hated the pool an was so stressed she threw up 3 times when she got out, no more swimming for jadeypops

Yep, water treadmill wasn't too traumatic for her and she loved the pole work, apparently they can do things with weights so I have put my foot down after seeing her little worried face in the water
