sweetie i'm thinking of doing my own wedding stationery...i want a celtic design and anyones i've are really expensive and there's not much choice...i'm looking up stampers at the minute....any tips? 

Ooooh that's exciting and nicely personal smurfy I've never used stamps but I always test out things thoroughly when trying new materials, so just play around & practise.
Hobbycraft have a good selection of stamps & wedding craft projects, but sometimes I find the same things on eBay for a lot less money so it's worth looking & comparing if you have the time.
Also, anything you don't know how to do- you tube!!!! I've learned a lot of craft things off you tube
