I went to the spa Had a lovely time ....but wasn't good beforehand .....and not so brilliant since .....but  just the usual

*touch wood* Charlie seems back to 'normal'.  Family okay, Mum not feeling too good today though - has slept through most of it!  I had to go and get her flippin blood test forms from hospital this afternoon though as they had forgotten to send them in the post - a 26 mile round trip
