Scattletts fine thanks.  Mum has a bit of a cold or something and feels tired.  The oxygen nurse came and gave her a telling off for not using oxygen enough (I was glad of the back-up).

I booked my Xmas delivery slot today  

Seeing friend in the morning, then my friend who I do circuits with has suggested we do another circuit training class in town for a change (run by local Olympic canoeist!).  I agreed and then looked it up and it's called Extreme Boot Camp  I feel it may be a little more intense than our usual class!
