Well the guy who is coming tomorrow is removing skirting and shower surround to see if the water is migrating under the floor and up the wall. I can tell you now it isn't  

I said it was coming in from outside but the he said the damp course was okay. However, I did point out the pointing needed redoing but he said that wasn't the cause. Wanna bet it turns out to be?
