I suspect some of our FMs have heard this before but...... She took ill on holiday and was admitted to hospital in Turkey.
She had some sort of inner ear issue and subsequent anxiety and panic attacks. Thought she was having cardiac arrest and the works. In Turkey she was treated for MÃĐniÃĻre's disease but has had BP problems since her return. Also seems more nervous with sudden noises, crowds and such.
She managed the High Street today but had to force herself to go in shops. I spent a couple of hours at my reunion and then rescued her and we took the train home. Slowly and steady does it.
