How's your mum enjoying her retirement Sweet ?

She's loving it baz, but has gained a huge amount of weight! She's obese anyway so I fear for her health & quality of life if she continues to gain more. She also acts like she's 150 rather than 60 something

Awww It is a bit worrying Sweet....Inchy has put on loads since he retired ....which doesnt help his spine ...or his mobility !! 

not a lot bazzy - gearing up for work but in  away nice to get a routine again

There's no telling them either is there baz, I've encouraged her to keep active but it falls on deaf ears. She goes walking & swimming sometimes but comfort eats the rest of the time. It's a shame to see, but she's never been truly happy since she lost my dad

Ros I'm right in the swing of back to school hair cuts, it's crazy lol

Awww Inchy is just plain stubborn !! He did used to go to the gym at one point...doctor sent him ....but it didn't last long
