Sometimes being overtired just fuels the adrenaline doesn't it and you lay awake! Xmas is our busiest time at work and yet I barely sleep

That's right baz it's a flower remedy that you drop into your tongue. Yes it's brilliant, I used it to pass my driving test and then a few times in general when life was stressful

bazzy JM Gregson is a good read - they are cheap or free - bit old fashioned at times - no high tech -written about 1991 -Lambert and hook are the detectives
