I hope so My youngest  granddaughter had her long hair cut off ( in a plait) today ....and has donated it to a charity that makes wigs for children with cancer ....I'm soooooo proud of her

I think I'm finally moving in the right direction Baz Went to work this morning feeling absolutely terrible! The pain killers really don't agree with me. I was slurring my words all over the place I slept 12 hours last night, and was still nodding off half an hour after I got up!

But I haven't had to use any of the strong ones since midday .....and I'm back to ibuprofen and paracetamol at the moment. I need to be fit to drive on Monday as I'm on a course, so I'm going to avoid taking anymore if at all possible!

I'm really relieved! The doc said he couldn't see far enough into my ear to tell if it was a middle ear infection or an external infection, and he said the antibiotics wouldn't work on an external one.  I wonder how the antibiotics know?

Never a truer word spoken! I was ready to cut my ear off myself!!! 

How strange, do they know why you're getting them?

I have no idea. This particular ear has been constantly funny for over a year now, but whenever I mention it to the doctor they don't seem to take it seriously. Unless there is pain and pus they don't want to know

I think I'm gonna have to! But unless there is excruciating pain, I can never be bothered to do the appointment fight. You know the one.....is it an emergency....no.....ok well here's an appointment for July 16th 2045....

Not great today ....but hey ho  

Really well. He's still loving his work experience and he's applied for an apprenticeship at the school and a few other places. He's feeling much more confident about things. It's a relief to see him enthusiastic about stuff
