Ooo hiya Bazzy - how was your shopping trip?

Well, Mum wasn't at all well in the night, so I rang the 111 number and the out of hours Dr told me to ring an ambulance  Paramedics came and I explained we'd been told to call them, so they took Mum to A&E.  I went after and they took bloods and did chest x-ray.  She has a bad chest infection apparently (made worse by her lung disease) and has antibiotics.  However, paramedics and Doc couldn't believe that she wasn't on oxygen  She is home now and in bed, so I'm hoping to try and get on to them again when she feels a bit better x

They've said if for the last year Sweet, even though she can't walk from one room to the other without needing to sit down out of breath!

Yes - I thought that about Inchy Baz!

I will ring her Docs, but I will wait until antibiotics kick in as I don't think Mum could go anywhere at the moment...apart from A&E obviously x

I think she has to refer to the hospital though, so I suppose I should perhaps ring and fill her in
