How is your sister ?
Not great. She's spoken to the landlord today and he's said the insurance company will pay to have the kitchen etc totally replaced and will pay for her to stay in a hotel while it's being done, but he doesn't want them to. 
So he says her options are to either move out, or stay and he will clean the house. It's not good enough! He's just trying to avoid losing the rent she pays while she's not there, and the rise his insurance payments of course.
I'm gonna speak to someone at the council about it tomorrow.
