We've got Tiddlers in the morning and nothing else planned at the moment...except a run in the evening...
I hope you're not overdoing the running It can play havoc with your knees .
No - I've checked and if you do less than 20 miles a week (and we only do about 6 altogether) and you don't go too fast, it's not bad I think!
