Afternoon Darnies 
Sunny and dry here today ….for a change .
A so so night ….my anxiety is through the roof at the moment 
….but I did manage a long walk this morning , which helped a bit . Aside from that I’ve done a load of washing , dusted , and put bin out ready for collection tomorrow . I’d like to say it is a relaxing day , but they are digging the bliddy pavement up …..no idea why ….but hopefully it won’t take them long ! 
I hope everyone else is having a better day than I am !

Afternoon Darnies Still not feeling great ….but it wasn’t a bad night , and the weather was ok, so I went for a walk first thing . Aside from that , I popped up the local shop for milk and bread , changed sheet , done a large load of washing , fed birds , rescued bin , and hoovered . Gardener has been so lawns are mowed , they also stripped the ivy from round the upstairs window, and the lawn specialist is due tomorrow to do the summer weed and feed .
Had cold meat and mash for lunch , now I’m laying on the sofa totally knackered….think I might hit my 10,000 steps today
….although I do have to iron the sheet when I’ve recovered ! I hope everyone else is having a good Tuesday .
