If I could come in here..... We went to the away games at Hull for three years running until they were promoted last year. One of our favourite trips. I was hoping that they may have been relegated this year so that we might resume.
In other news I have been carefully planting bedding flowers today, whilst keeping an eye open for wasps. I have spray powder to deter them from air bricks and other points of entry.
We've also been watching the blue tits zapping backwards and forwards to the box with little grubs for their chicks.
I'm still quite sore.

Not to be confused with Hull F.C ......who are a Rubgy League club....despite the confusing "F".

I genuinely am knowledgeable.

You've just been in Cologne's thread !

Ok I admit I had to google the name of the football team ....but only cos I couldn't remember their name. I did know they existed. Honest!

The rugby team name is all me though.  That F didn't half confuse me as a kid! And it was just another reason to hate the rival team, being a Hull KR supporter myself

Be careful Baz. Wasps can be very vengeful. You don't want to wake up one morning looking like something Blue Peter made earlier

Don't worry , I will make sure it's foolproof ...or wasp proof

Baz
I can only say that last time I noticed a wasps nest in our building I used the puffer powder spray purchased from B&Q on the entrance. In theory the wasps take it in and poison the nest, however once I sprayed the entrance there was a traffic jam of wasps hovering around the entrance, they would not go in. I've no idea where they disappeared to because I was suddenly in danger and had to leg it. I don't like messing with Mother Nature , but they were becoming a problem. I react badly to wasp stings and did not want to put the grandchildren at risk.

Hiya Bazzles - how are you today?  What have you been up to?

We had the regatta.  We were sat on the playing field and the next family along were Stella McCartney, her husband Alasdhair Willis and her kids and the nanny.  Mr. Scatts had quite a chat with the husband as they were sat next to each other in the races and he was really nice.  This is our claim to fame
