Afternoon Darnies Dreadful night , not feeling great , so consequently a lousy day ! 
But I did manage a 3k walk this morning ….I thought it might help a bit …but while it was nice to get some fresh air and sunshine , it hasn’t really helped much ! Aside from that, all I’ve done is change bedsheet, and two loads of washing …and that’s my limit for today ! I hope everyone else is having a better day than me !
