Afternoon Darnies  Sunshine and showers here today ….but it’s very chilly . I had a better night , so kicked myself up the backside and went for a walk cos I needed to post some things . It must have rained heavily overnight cos parts of my route were quite flooded ….which meant I had to do a couple of detours .Aside from that , I’ve rescued the bin, cleaned bathroom , done some washing , had lamb chops for lunch , and that’s the sum total of my day .I hope your day is more exciting than mine .

Well I was quite looking forward to the rise in my state pension next month , until the postman arrived , and informed me that my council tax is going up by 6 quid a month !

Afternoon Darnies Frosty , then this morning , and I think we are due heavy rain this afternoon and evening ! I did go for a walk , and to the local shop , mid morning , so got a few extra steps in . Aside from that I’ve changed the sheet , did two loads of washing , and fed the wildlife .I had some nice M&S poached salmon for lunch , and that’s me done for the day .I hope everyone else is enjoying their Wednesday .
