Very achy Ros …..but I think the bruises are coming out now ….I’ve ordered some ibuprofen gel on my shopping tomorrow …cos I can’t risk taking any painkillers and setting my ibs off ….cos a dash to the loo is the last thing I need ….not that I can dash anywhere at the moment .
