It doesn’t look like there isn’t going to be much chance of drying any washing today

Afternoon Darnies Shock horror ….I had a good night .
And I managed to dodge the rain and get my grandsons birthday card and money to the post box ….which is such a relief . It’s a one and a half k round trip , and I felt a bit worn out by the time I got back , but I’m feeling much better now . So I’ve caught up on the housework …kitchen, bathroom, washing and fed the wildlife . It’s been damp today , but we haven’t had the heavy rain that was forecast . Aside from that I’ve just had lamb chops for lunch, and once the washing has finished tumbling that’s me done for the day .I hope everyone else is enjoying their Saturday .

Afternoon Darnies Very damp and miserable here today ….but I did manage to walk to the cashpoint first thing …..so at least I got some fresh air .Not a bad night , but not really done much today , apart from some washing and dusting .
