Afternoon Darnies Sunny , but chilly here today . Not a great night , but I went for a walk this morning …..blew away some cobwebs ……and I’ve done a load of washing , cleaned kitchen and bathrooms , and , after I’ve had my lunch , that’s me done for today .

Afternoon Darnies I hope everyone is having a good day . Not a bad night for me , and the weather is sunny , if breezy , so I went for a walk first thing ….and did my *bravery* visit to the local shop ….so that’s two visits in the last week …so go me . Seriously , it has got a bit easier , and I can now go it without hyperventilating . Aside from that I’ve done a load of washing , hoovered , cleaned kitchen , put the bin out ready for collection tomorrow, and been glued to the politics upheavals . …and that’s me done for Monday .
