Circuits going well thanks Sweet. I go running on a Monday evening with a friend and we both go on a Wednesday evening with the local pub's running group (which consists of 5 of us). Everybody else just sits in the pub at the start and smoke and drink their pints and says we must all be mad
Yes, he has Sweet ....they come in twice a day ( morning and evening) , and he has meals on wheels for dinner and tea....plus any doc visits ....so he's doing quite well at the moment
