Afternoon DarniesA much better night for me , and arm no longer aches , so I went for a walk first thing .
Aside from that Iâve not done very much , just some washing , anti bacâd the Sainsbury delivery and a bit of tidying up in the garden .I hope everyone else is having a good day .
