A bright but windy start to the day here. The forecast is, overcast changing to heavy rain by lunchtime

Bank and post office to visit this morning. Maybe a little shopping

Well, that didn’t last long

Afternoon Darnies Well it’s all done …only took about 90 minutes , and was fairly painless I can now stop hyperventilating , and I have one of those little touchscreens in my kitchen …waiting to tell me how much energy I can’t afford ! Seriously , the guy who came to do it was really lovely .. sorted out restating the boiler etc. for me. Aside from that I’ve not really done a lot today ….no walk … just some washing and general tidying up .  So a very lazy day chez Baz. …good job I got in 11k of steps yesterday . I hope everyone else is having a good day , whatever you are up to .

🤣🤣🤣🤣tbh I’ve resisted too …it was only the thought that I might need something doing to the meter (which would have cost me money ) that promoted me to bite the bullet and change to a smart meter .
