Washing on the line so that’s me done for the day

Afternoon Darnies Still dry here , but cloudier and cooler than the weekend . I didn’t go for a walk this morning , so decided to do the duvet shuffle instead . I’ve also dusted , cleaned kitchen , put bin out ready for collection  tomorrow , and antibacd the Sainsbury shop. I had a pork steak for lunch , and am just waiting for the last of my washing to dry , then that’s me done for the day.I hope everyone else is having a good Bank Holiday Monday , whatever you are up to .

It’s only 1bin for me this week ….garden and recycle aren’t until next week . I hope my lawn guy comes in the next couple of days cos it is starting to look a bit long now ! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

By the way Moonie ….looks like there could be a good programme starting on 4extra next week ….I think it’s on at 6am …and 13.00 .

Afternoon Darnies A bad night for me , but I went for a long walk this morning , which blew some cobwebs away . Aside from that I’ve done a load of washing , hoovered , dusted,  and I’m waiting for the gardener to come and mow the lawns . …so , not a totally wasted day .I hope everyone else is having a good day .

Had washing out but had to fetch it in. Tbh I didn’t really expect it to dry so I will try again tomorrow when the forecast is looking a little better 👍😁

They say they won’t be turning the water off ….and are doing it overnight to minimise disruption ….although we might have some discoloured water ….but I’ll fill the kettle up , just in case

I remember when they changed the off property water pipes in our street many many years a go. We had water bowsers outside

The water was cloudy for a little while when the work was completed. We were told to boil the water before using it
