Awww does he sketch ? Yes, Mr B had the garage , which was full from floor to ceiling with all his hoarding stuff….mostly building materials ! Took my daughter and her partner loads of trips to the tip just to make a way through ….and then Covid etc put paid to that!

close to beach but lots of stairs... hard on my knees.

Quite a nice area ….but it’s a bit expensive for a one bedroom
