Cold and wet here. In fact it’s been raining most of the last three days 
No wind to speak off though 
I have just noticed a mist has started to descend on the field at the bottom of my garden

Afternoon Darnies Very cold , wet and miserable here today …..a bit like my mood . I’ve never liked Boxing Day ….too much of an anti climax !
I have done some housework , washing , emptied bin , and fed Cyril . I had some more chops and chips for lunch , and now I am slobbed out on the sofa watching the last episode of Shetland .
I hope everyone else is having a more exciting day than me.

Afternoon Darnies It’s been nice to get back to normal today ….so it’s been sheet changing , washing , ironing , hoovering , and dusting . I didn’t sleep too badly last night , but the weather is cold , damp and miserable again ! That hasn’t stopped Cyril though , he’s been peanut hiding all morning .I hope everyone else is having a good Bank Holiday Monday .

Afternoon Darnies It’s cold and very wet here today! I had an indifferent night , but what’s new .I’ve not done a lot today , but I did manage the duvet shuffle , fed Cyril , and put the bin out ready for collection tomorrow …so not a totally wasted day .I hope you are all having a good day , whatever you are up to .

Afternoon Darnies After and overcast , and wet morning , it’s a lovely sunny day here at the moment …and quite warm ….go figure .I slept quite well last night , but it’s not translated into action today . All I’ve done is some washing, rescued the bin , and antibac'd the shopping delivery ….so I’m all stocked up for a couple of days at least . I’ve also got the dw40 out on some of the door hinges , very messy , but at least it’s cured the darn squeaks ! It was starting to sound like hammer house of horrors every time I opened the doors upstairs !And thankfully , my sons families pcr tests all came back negative .
