hi scatt am good...had a nice walk today round the park and museum...was nice to get a bit of exercise yep she finally got her way getting a pet although it's living in granny's so she goes to visit

as i've told her for years i don't want anything coming into the house that poos...i've said no to everything granny bought her a tank for her birthday and i was supposed to get her some fish but i forgot...so she bought herself one at the weekend when she was having her sleepover

I'm back!
My teeth are clean and I'm climbing into bed mr summer just reminded me we have a short week- I love the bank holidays!

I have no plans as such. See what happens

wee one starts her holidays half day on wednesday...i'm off work till wednesday so hopefully get another walk or 2 in before then if the weather's half decent...need to get fit again...have to go out get more easter eggs too

oh yes she's looking forward to the easter bunny's arrival...he always does an egg hunt round the house

 

my knees are a bit sore from walking...wish it was just my knees!! my feet, ankles, back and neck are bad too just the more i do the worse they get but have to keep moving!!

I may partake of one or two Sweet

Can you do anything to help ease it after your walk smurfy? Protein shake, warm bath etc?
I love having a nice bath after a walk, especially in winter
