It’s currently 10 degrees 
Shopping done so that me done for the day bar a few odds and ends

Getting efficient my old age

Afternoon Darnies How are we all today ? I slept reasonably well , although I woke up at 2 o’clock thinking it was morning 
I must have been in a really deep sleep , or dreaming !I haven’t done a lot today , just some washing ,general tidying up , and anti bac’d my M&S delivery . I had some nice lamb chops for lunch and now I’m lounging around catching up on some tv programmes .

Afternoon Darnies Overcast and cold here today . I had an indifferent night , and my sciatica is playing up , so I’ve not done much today ….just some washing and a bit of hoovering. Aside from that I’ve had a nice piece of poached salmon and lounged about on the sofa .I hope you are all having a nice , relaxing , Sunday too .
