Afternoon Darnies Well I’ve had one heck of a day 
Firstly , I hardly slept a wink last night ….then I managed to spill the milk at breakfast …then after lunch I found my backless sandals , so my blister didn’t rub, and decided to walk to the post box to mail my grandsons birthday card . I had meant to go to the cash point too , but I had totally forgotten how much rain we had had , and found the route to the mail box/cash point blocked by a huge puddle ! So , being the dork that I am , I decided to try walking around it on the grass , only to find myself not only wading through water , but mud as well !
Anyway , I managed to slop my way as far as the postbox , then turned around and had to walk the long way home ! I’ve now had to clean off my sandals, and wash my jeans, cos the got splashed as well…and I still didn’t get to the cash point ! I hope your day has gone better than mine !
