We have had some rain but not as much as expected, up until now at least 
Afternoon Darnies 
Heavy rain overnight , but showers and sunny intervals now . I had an indifferent night , so not done an awful lot today , just cleaned kitchen and bathroom , a small load of washing ,fed birds and emptied the bins . I did manage my exercises though âĶ.and had some nice pork steaks for lunch , so not a totally wasted day .
I hope everyone else is having a nice Friday , whatever you are up to .

I have to say that I do feel better after my exercises .ððŧYes, I guess we need to make the most of the odd nights sleep we do get .ððĪĢðĪĢðĪĢðĪĢI rained quite hard here overnight too âĶ.but just the odd shower so far today .âĪïļâĪïļâĪïļâĪïļâĪïļâĪïļ

Yes , they do âĶ..and they keep the exercise rings on my phone closed.ðĪĢðĪĢðĪĢðĪĢYes, itâs dry and breezy here now too âĶ.and it feels like itâs got a bit colder .ðĨ°ðĨ°ðĨ°ðĨ°ðĨ°

Afternoon Darnies A bright sunny day here , if a mite chilly . I slept quite well last night , so I got my rear into gear today .I hoovered , cleaned , washed, emptied bins , and anti bacâd the shopping . I have also done my 30 minutes of exercise .I am hoping that my heel will have healed enough to go for my walks next week. I hope everyone else is having a good Saturday , whatever you are doing.
