Afternoon Darnies It’s overcast and very chilly here today . I didn’t sleep too badly , but I’ve not really done much today ….just a big load of washing ….but not the duvet shuffle 
….emptied the bins , and I’ve sorted out some *paperwork. * I did my exercises , and had some yummy lamb chops for lunch …. now I’m lounging on the sofa watching tv .I hope everyone else is having an equally relaxing Sunday .
