Afternoon Darnies It’s wet and cold here today. My arm has been really sore …which made for a very uncomfortable night ! But it’s settling down now ….fingers crossed. I’ve not done an awful lot today …just some washing , and cleaning ….hoovering and the duvet shuffle is definitely off the menu until my arm settles down ….well that’s my excuse , and I am sticking to it .I hope you are all having a good Friday , whatever you are up to.

Afternoon Darnies I hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday . I had a mediocre night , but my jab arm seems back to normal now ….as long as I don’t touch it. Consequently , I’ve done a bit more today ….changed bedding , hoovered , anti bac’d the shopping , fed birds , did my 30 minutes of  exercises , and that’s me finished for the day . I decided to leave the duvet shuffle until tomorrow .
