Afternoon Darnies 
It’s too bliddy hot !
I managed to get a 3 k walk before breakfast . I slapped in the factor 50 , my sun hat , and chose the most shady route I could find , but it was 73 degrees by the time I got home again , and I was shattered ! Apart from that , all I’ve done is a small load of washing , and watered the pots on the patio. I had some pork steaks for lunch , and now I’m collapsed on the sofa .

We was supposed to have a thunderstorm about now but no sign as yet
The closest I have come to work is to have a very brief walk outside
My day is rather sedate but I’m happy enough

No thunderstorms here until next weekend 
A sedate day seems great to me .I’ve just been out to water the front plants , and pruned, cut down, some more of the roses That’s the bin full now , so they better collect it in Tuesday !

Afternoon DarniesIts so hot. I went for my walk this morning …did 3 k …..and was home again by 9.45 ….but it was boiling by then ….and it felt like there was no air . Aside from that , I’ve hosed the front and back gardens, done a small load of washing , dusted and cleaned bathroom and kitchen….I even managed to squash some more pruning in the garden bin .Just them to put out now , and that’s me done for the day !
Oh and I slept really badly last night , but finally fell asleep about 3 o’clock …only to be woken up by a phone all at 5.30 this morning ...scared the heck out of me…I thought something had happened to the kids ! 😱😱It was a recorded message saying there was a power cut and they were working on it ! I knew my power wasn't off, so I thought it was a hoax ....but I had another one at 8 o'clock saying it was fixed ...so I checked it out online ....and sure enough, there had been a major outage in my town ....just not me !

Hiya It’s hot here too but doesn’t seem to be a hot as yesterday, by at least a degree 🙄

I hate having calls during the night. I always think of the worst case scenario
