Afternoon Darnies It’s grey , and wet here , but no thunderstorms so far .I slept quite well last night , but it was to wet to go for a walk this morning , so I’ve spent the morning catching up on the housework ….hoovering , cleaning kitchen and bathrooms , washing and ironing . My M&S shopping arrived , but my laundry cleaner had leaked over a couple of items , so they had to go back . Now I’m waiting for my lamb chops to cook . I hope you are all having a good Saturday , whatever you are up to .

The forecast is for heavy rain changing to thunder by early evening

A high of 18 degrees forecast

Needless to say I won’t be going anywhere

Afternoon Darnies Well I wanted rain , and I certainly got it this morning .It’s sunny at the moment , but according to the weather forecast there is more rain to come ….so no walk for me today . I didn’t sleep too badly last night , but I can’t say I’ve done a lot today ….just changed sheets , washed , ironed , fed birds and did a bit of pruning cos the vine has gone mad the last couple of days .I hope everyone else is having a good Sunday .

That’s reminds me of a sci-fi film I saw when a a vine got a life of its own and started killing people anytime they tried to harm it
