Sunny day here …although a bit breezy . I slept reasonably well , and comfortably managed over 5k this morning .
Aside from that , I’ve hoovered , dusted, changed sheets , washed ….and still got some ironing to do later….so quite a good Tuesday chez Baz .
The bin men both came early , so bins rescued , pork steak and buttered jersey royals for lunch , and that’s me done for the day .

But it was sunny first thing , so I went for a short walk (3k) before breakfast , but I’ve not really done an awful lot today …just cleaned kitchen , did a small load of washing , fed birds , and anti bac’d and out away my Sainsbury shop . I had stopped anti bacing , but given the increased transmission of the Delta variant (and the high prevalence of it in my area ) I decided to start doing it again ….just in case.
