Afternoon Darnies 
It’s rained all day here , so no walk for me …although it’s not as chilly as recently . I didn’t have a bad nights sleep , but I’ve done naff all today .
I just cleaned the kitchen , put away my M&s delivery …..and did a load of washing …which I have a feeling I did without washing powder .
Aside from that I had lamb chops for lunch , and I’ve been lazing on the sofa reading , or watching tv . I hope you are having an equally relaxing Saturday .

I fed fed Baby Cyril and the birds earlier. There isn’t much left of the suet half coconut I put out yesterday 🙄🤣🤣🤣
I put a nuttier feed out for Baby Cyril. He seems to like somewhat 😂😂😂

Afternoon Darnies Well after two decent nights sleep last nights was dreadful ! Not only did I have a nightmare about Covid
, which triggered a major panic attack …..my ibs started playing up too ….so all in all it was a crap night !
I was tempted to curl up and sleep all day , but I heard a programme that said fresh air and early morning walks were good for helping tackle insomnia and stress …..so I kicked myself in the rear and did just over 3 k ….go me . I couldn’t do part of my normal route cos it was flooded 
….I have to admit I felt a lot perkier when I got home though….and I saw a baby Cyril on my way round .
I don’t think it was my Cyril , cos he looks much fatter . Aside from that , I changed sheets , did a load of washing ….with powder this time …ironed , fed birds , and emptied the bin ready for putting out tomorrow . I had a couple of nice lamb chops and new potatoes for lunch , and now I’m slobbing out on the sofa watching tv . I hope you are having a nice relaxing Sunday , whatever you are up to .
