It’s a lovely sunny warm start to the day here. However, the weather forecast is, sunny intervals changing to cloudy by lunchtime 
I’m just back from a trundle down to the local shops 
I managed to find some washing to do which is now on the line

Afternoon Darnies Another s…t nights sleep ….or lack of sleep….for me .
I feel quite down today , and I really had to force myself to go out for my walk this morning , but once I got out I felt a bit better and actually managed 3 and a half kilometres ,so not too shabby .
Aside from that I’ve cleaned kitchen and bathroom , dusted , done some washing , and fed the birds . My little robins are getting quite friendly , they have actually started coming out while I’m actually filling the bird feeders . I think today was definitely a * keep busy* day ….but I’ve run out of steam now .I hope you are all having a better day than me .

It was lovely here first thing , but it’s clouded over now , and we’ve had some rain . We have had a little rain but the sun is in and out. It’s very breezy and cold. The forecast is for heavy rain most of the day with a high of 9°.

Afternoon Darnies I slept better last night , although I can’t say my mood has improved much .
So , for that reason….and given the weather today ….I’ve done naff all today . I did one load of washing , cleaned kitchen ….and watched the last episode of Line of Duty .
Aside from that I’ve had pork chops and new potatoes for lunch , and I am putting off going to take bin out until there is a break in the weather ! I hope everyone else is having a relaxing day too .
