he was grand came in just as i was going to bed...yeah at least we spent friday together...did a little charity shopping...i got a jacket for £4 and he got a tailored suit for £20 so a productive day!!

That's ok ....I meant to post in it earlier .....  

well the school rang on friday as she didn't go to school...they want to talk to her tomorrow to see if she can do her exams this year and sounds like they won't let her back next year cos of her lack of attendance...she still doesn't want to talk to me about anything...when i ask her anything she says i don't know so our communication is pretty nil...she spends most of her time in her room...laughing and chatting to people on the phone...so doesn't seem too bothered!!

wish she would talk to someone...it is so frustrating...i have no idea what to do

smurfy - sorry you are having trouble - is there nobody in school she can talk to - we have an Educational social worker and student well being person but as bazzy says its difficult at that age to make them do anything

yes it will sort itself out smurfy can she retake or do something else in a college rather than a school??

My headache is back....I reckon it's the scent from the lilies in my Mother's Day bouquet..... 

yeah they have counsellors in school but as you say it's up to her...hopefully she goes in tomorrow and sorts something out either she can do her exams or makes the decision to leave...i've told her before if she's not happy she can leave school but she needs to decide and do something about it
