Yes! Absolutely! It is good to get out for a walk - it does feel a bit more normal. I think the hairdressers are going to be overrun...and the spas for that matter 😂😂

Afternoon Darnies Sunny , but chilly here today . I had a terrible night ...physically....so I’ve not really done much today . Just cleaned kitchen and done two loads of washing . I didn’t go for a walk today ....I wasn’t feeling up to it ....but I did go out in the garden and weeded the patio ....so I got some fresh air . Apart from that , I’ve ordered my daughters birthday present , and had some lunch . I hope everyone else is having a good Thursday , whatever you are up to .
