Hi Bazzy🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰my day hasn’t been to bad. I slept moderately well fankoo. I have been up the park. It’s very quiet up there now the children are back at school

🤣🤣🤣I have just taken my bin out .....only one this week .....and I’ve just filled the bird bath . It felt a bit warmer out there than earlier ....but that might be because I put a thicker jumper on .🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Afternoon Darnies Overcast and chilly here today . I didn’t sleep very well last night , and was feeling very sorry for the myself this morning .
Then it dawned on me that this time last year I was sleeping on the sofa , and couldn’t even walk to the loo or bath ......so I gave myself a good kick up the rear ! So I did a load of washing , cleaned kitchen and bathroom ,hoovered upstairs and down , fed birds , and swept the patio . Then , after the chemist had delivered my meds , I decided to go for a walk .I didn’t go quite as far as last time cos my my ankle started complaining , but I still did 20 minutes ....so go me .I hope you are all having a good day , whatever you are up to.

Wait till four weeks after your second jab. Even then you don't need to. Walks about are fine though

Awww, you will get to the shops when you feel you are too. With me, I just try to steer clear of people. In the shop try to stay socially distanced though it is hard. The standard stuff tbh but it’s all a matter of how you feel in your mind as to when you feel able too 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I think you will feel more confident after your second jab and yes it will be nerve wrecking for the first few times but the thing is not to rush it or force yourself ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The park here is just two minutes walk at the bottom of the road. I realise I am very lucky
I used to walk Strathclyde Park with an Irish Setter every day. Wild, totall recall. Spent more of her life in the Clyde which runs parralel. Pointed too
