I’m feeling much better this morning fankoo everyone

It’s cold, wet and windy here. The forecast is for light showers changing to overcast in the afternoon. A high of 10 degrees

No weather warnings, though I did notice we may get gusts of wind up to 39mph

Bazzy, I hope you slept well and have a good day

Afternoon Darnies.. Cold , wet and windy here .....so I’ve not done very much today ...certainly no gardening ! Just some washing and cleaned kitchen . The rest of the time I spent  between reading ....Ann Cleeves Shetland series .....and ordering a new bird feeding station .....cos I’m fed up of the crappy bird tray  I’ve got at the moment .It’s due to arrive tomorrow ...so then all I’ve got to do is work out how to put it together ....and where exactly to put it ! I also ordered some more/different  bird food.  In addition to that I had lamb chops for lunch , and am now waiting for my M&S delivery ....more anti bacing....oh joy . I hope you are all having a good day and managing to stay warm and dry .

I went out to feed Baby Cyril earlier. I popped open his feeder top and the there was a mouse inside feeding. I don’t know who was more surprised, me or him. He shot off like a bullet

Whenever I feed Baby Cyril or the birds I always have gloves on and wash my hands well afterwards or sanitise them

I just saw Mr Rampager chasing another squirrel all over the garden. An intruder or a potential mate

Afternoon Darnies Very wet and windy here today . I was having a very *sorry for myself * day .....so I metaphorically gave myself a kick up the rear and have kept myself very busy all day .I’ve got two loads of shredding to go in the recycle bin , once the rain eases off....I've done two loads of washing and ironing ...including bed sheet and cushion covers....I’ve dusted, and cleaned the kitchen ....ordered some stuff I need .....now I’m too knackered to feel sorry for myself ....so job done .Oh and I had a very nice pork shop for lunch ....AND ,amazingly , I’ve managed to book two M&S  delivery slots for next week and the week after ....so go me. I hope you’re all having a more relaxing Saturday than me .

My new bird feeding station is due in the next couple of hours .....not that I will be trying to put it out in this weather ....that’s presuming I can put it together .

It’s arrived ...unwrapped and stowed in the garden box outside ....instructions look quite simple ....put a in b and add c etc.etc. ....but time will tell when I get around to it .🤣🤣🤣
