We didn’t have a ground frost last night, which surprised me as it was really cold

We are only set to reach 0° with a “feel like” temperature of -7 today

We could go down to -4 “feels like” -10 overnight

I’m not planning to venture out today

I know which side my bread’s buttered

Afternoon Darnies Sunny , but windy here ....and that is making it feel colder than it has the last couple of days ! My back garden faces south , so it’s actually been quite nice going out to feed the birds this week ....not today ....I dashed out , threw the seed at the bird table and dashed back in again ! I had a so so night ....but I’ve got a couple of loads of washing done , and cleaned the kitchen and cleared out some more rubbish ....so not a totally wasted day . Aside from that I had some nice lamb chops for lunch , and now I’m waiting for my M & S delivery. I hope you’re both having a good Friday.

Afternoon Darnies It’s dull, windy and freezing here today ....once again I dashed out to feed birds and dashed back in again .I had an indifferent night ...mainly my own fault , cos I tried again to sleep in the middle of the bed , with only my pillows on there ...I know it sounds silly , but I just can’t . Apart from that I’ve not done a lot , just one load of washing , cleaned kitchen and a bit of dusting ....so a lazy day chez Baz . I’ve just had two yummy M&S bacon chops for lunch ......and that’s me done for the day .I hope you are all having a good Saturday , whatever you’re doing .
