Sharp frost here overnight. Not set to be much above 1° today

I’ve been out to feed Baby Cyril and the birds. Even though it is frosty it not to cold

Still, no rain or snow forecast for today at least

Afternoon Darnies Cloudy here today , but no snow or ice, and not too cold . My arm is very sore , but so far no other adverse reactions . Luckily , it’s the opposite arm to the one I sleep on , so I got a reasonable nights rest . I’ve not been very busy today though ....just some washing and kitchen cleaning . I’ve just had some lovely lamb chops for lunch, and now I’m watching Father Brown . I hope everyone else is having a good Sunday .

Hi Moonie ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️We’ve spoken , but I hope your day is going well . Guess what , I’ve got a sparrow hawk in the garden 😱😱I’ve seen it twice now ....it’s quite magnificent, but I’m very worried about my robin ...I hope it doesn’t predate it .😞😞🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I think because the jab was in a muscle we tend to feel it more with movement

We now have sunshine

Afternoon Darnies It’s a lovely , sunny, spring like day here ....if a bit chilly . My arm is much better today ...although still sore to touch . I slept reasonably well , so I’ve been quite productive this morning, I’ve cleaned kitchen , washed all the towels , dusted , fed birds , sorted out the freezer, and got the bins ready to go out later . I had a nice piece of steak for my lunch , and I’ve just managed to get a M& S  slot for Thursday ....so all in all , not a bad day . I hope everyone else is having an enjoyable Monday .

On radio 4 ex there is a new series called Detective Anna Caceres which could be a good one
