Squirrels and birds fed

I have just shopped at my local shops. In the actual shop the cash machine had no money in. So I went to the usual one I go to. Less than a hundred yards away. Got my cash. There is a concrete bollard about 30 cm high what the shop used to attach its sign to when the wind is blowing.
Usually when I move away from the machine I turn to my left so that I miss it. Today I turned to my right, for some unknown reason. Two grazes and a hefty bruise on my shin

I put a cold compress on it when I got home. It’s stopped bleeding but I will have a hefty bruise come tomorrow I know

Afternoon Darnies I had a disturbed night ....not so much lack of sleep, as bad dreams . I’ve no idea what they were , but I woke up feeling very depressed and  distressed and it’s not really lifted all day. I have tried to keep busy though ....so I’ve done a load of washing , hoovered , cleaned the kitchen , emptied bins , and had a bit of a clear out in the kitchen cupboards and the magazine rack . ...so not a totally wasted day . I had a pork chop for lunch , and now that’s me done for the day I hope you are all having a better day than me .

I just tapped on something when I was looking at pictures and videos of my swans and cygnets from last year on my iPad and it created a wonderful short movie with absolutely beautiful music in the background. Quite brought me to tears 😢😢😢

Afternoon Darnies Funny old day weatherwise .....it’s been rainy , sunny, and overcast , all in good measure. I didn’t have a brilliant night , but what’s new I have had a reasonably quiet day ....just a bit of washing , some cleaning , and anti bac’d the shopping delivery . But at least the last of the cards I needed and some stamps arrived , so I’m hoping to get them all in the mail tomorrow ....neighbour permitting. I hope everyone else is having an enjoyable Friday .
